I stumbled upon this hotel during a spontaneous trip to the area and it turned out to be a gem! The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and a king-size bed that provides a great night's sleep. The location of this hotel is away from the busy city center, making it a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Additionally, the reasonable prices make this hotel a great value for money.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

During our Christmas stay, two great things that stood out were the complimentary breakfast and free tea and coffee services available 24/7. The location was just a 10 minute walk to downtown, with several restaurants and a 7/11 along the way. the staff were helpful in arranging tours, taxis and bike rentals.

One major downfall was the lack of toiletries in the bathrooms, only a shower cap was provided. , the rooms were small, and the bathroom could benefit from having better ventilation.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel outside of the downtown area. The hotel helped us rent a motorbike for easy transportation around the city, and it only took 15 minutes to get to Railay beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Pavinee and Narong. The room was clean, and the morning breakfast was tasty and free. We also appreciated the 24-hour tea and coffee station.

Stayed at a lovely little hotel over Easter that was ideal for what we were after. the staff were so friendly and accommodating which really added to our stay. the room was clean and simple with a nice balcony to sit and have drinks on. the free breakfast was simple but tasty which was a nice bonus. the location was perfect for us, whilst not in the hub of things it was only a short bike ride away and there was really easy access to the docks which made island hopping really convenient.

The bed was quite hard which wasn't ideal. the WiFi signal was a little hit and miss in certain areas of the hotel.

This hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay in a clean and modern place outside of the crowded downtown area. It's located close to several shops and restaurants, and transportation to Railay beach is easy to arrange at the front desk. the staff is excellent and attentive, providing great service during the stay. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with free toiletries and complimentary breakfast. the hotel also offers free coffee and tea around the clock.

Some guests have noted that the bed is too hard for their liking.

Lastly, the location was perfect for me. It was outside of the bustling downtown area, which made it peaceful and relaxing.

I honestly couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel. Everything was top-notch.
